These tasty bites have all you need to get you going, and keep you going.
Combine ground flax and water in a small bowl and set aside.
In a food processor combine sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds, cinnamon, cardamom and cayenne. Pulse until finely chopped. Transfer to a medium sized bowl and add shredded coconut. Mix until coconut is incorporated. Set aside 3-4 tablespoons of this mixture for coating.
Add flax mixture (step 1), walnuts, cranberries and dates to food.
